An Introduction to Kinesiology

€7

Introduction to Kinesiology by Brian H. Butler

Kinesiology is the most powerful tool available to us in natural health care and in the promotion of well being.   Applied Kinesiology was first discovered and developed by Dr George Goodheart in 1964, and has since become available to all worldwide.

Systematic Kinesiology uses muscle testing to be able to identify what is out of balance, blocked or not working properly and then uses specific reflexes, nutrition, stress release and other techniques to “balance” the body.

This little book of 60+ pages, helps to explain what Kinesiology is, what it does, how it is done and how to balance the body.  There are examples of muscle testing, the special lymphatic reflexes we use, some of the rules of effective testing and the technique called “Emotional Stress Release”.

This booklet “Introduction to Kinesiology” is a brief glimpse into the world of Systematic Kinesiology and the valuable tool it is to better health.
